Day Thirty Nine - Journal

We had a nice and relaxing day at my mom and dad's. Hayden spent the day in Grammie Jean's lap. My dad and I went to the hospital today to visit my Grandma. She is doing better. It was good to see her alert and to be able to spend some time with her. Back here at my parent's house, they have a whole nursery set up for Hayden.. complete with crib, changing table, dressers and just about everything we need to be here. Is my mom trying to make it easy for me to come here?! My dad is a natural with Hayden. He held him again today and Hayden just stared at him. You wonder if they have a sense of who people are. He seemed to take to dad right away. My brother, Sean, gets home from a work trip on Monday so that will be his first chance to see Hayden. Although this trip to Rochester wasn't planned, it is definitely nice to see everyone and have them meet Hayden!
